The industrial mixer and aerator for your bakery. Are you responsible for a (semi-)industrial bakery? Then you must be constantly updating and replacing your machines and bakery equipment. Because you want to produce more for less without having to hire new staff, replace older industrial mixers with modern machinery designed for the bakery, such as task-specific aerators and stay ahead of the ever-stricter safety and hygiene requirements. Shuffle-Mix knows the story all too well. This is why we developed our own industrial mixer and aerator, designed specifically for bakery use the Shufflemixers 250, 500 and 1000.
You can enrich a great many recipes by adding extra flavours, colour or other ingredients to your base product. Would you like to give your production a boost? Then use the automatic Injection unit from Shuffle-Mix. We developed our Injection unit in a variety of models, all specialised in adding flavour, fruit and colour. You can easily add gelatine or chocolate, foaming agents or many other ingredients to whipped cream or dough.
Storage tanks and pre-mixers
Would you like to aerate your ingredients with the Shufflemixer 100, or with a model 250, 500 or 1000? Then you'll often need to begin by temporarily storing or mixing some in a reservoir, a process known as pre-mixing. Shuffle-Mix provides you with the appropriate tanks and the pre-mixers. You know better than anyone that no two production processes are the same. That's why Shuffle-Mix develops storage tanks to meet your needs. The Shuffle-Mix pre-mixers stir different ingredients into a homogenous mass. Powerful and accurate, they save you a great deal of labour. We are also happy to install a transport pump on your pre-mixer. This brings your mix through a closed network to your Shufflemixer, or to a different machine or piece of bakery equipment.
Shuffle-Mix provides you with a static mixer that meets all your expectations: a modestly sized mixer or a model with a large capacity (diameter of 25 - 50 mm), a single-walled mixer or one with double walls (to cool or heat your product while you mix it).
With the Shuffle-Mix Cooling unit, your bakery will be home to a fine piece of engineering. Designed to meet HACCP guidelines, when used correctly, this machine is guaranteed to satisfy international safe food production rules. The stainless steel Cooling unit performs to the highest standards thanks to its: Cooling capacity of 1 and 2.3 kW, powerful compressor (filled with R142a coolant), silent circulation pump, special hoses for foodstuffs, with high-quality RVS connections.
Your bakery products are often genuine masterpieces, built in perfect layers. You cover your cake with buttercream. Or finish your tiramisu with light and airy mascarpone. Done as only a true professional can. The manifold add-on from Shuffle-Mix does all this automatically which means more quickly and always to the same high standard. The manifold is made from high-quality materials and spreads your (aerated) product in a layer anything between 2 and 20 mm thick. It applies it to your delicious treats as the pass by on a conveyor belt. It keeps to the desired layer thickness and width at all times. It's not only convenient but also hygienic. The Manifold dismantles in no time and is sparkling clean just as quickly.
